MST. MAQSOODAN versus MUHAMMAD MUQARAB
The Special Relief Act 1877 Section 42 Transfer of Property Act (IV of 1882), a case against the applicable plaintiff's principle of lease pendentee claiming ownership of the section 52 suit house, was claimed by the defendants by the Town Committee. Under the seller's agreement, the suit house was purchased and the property is owned on the basis of this sale agreement, in which case a valid sale was offered under the sale, the principle of lace pendente would apply, except to establish the defendants. I was unsuccessful, the Town Committee was the owner of the suit property that could be legally delivered to the defendants' courts, the circumstances I justified the case because the plaintiffs had proved that the suit property was in the interest of their predecessor.
