Article 5 of the West Pakistan Family Court Act 1964 and Schedule Conventions (10 of 1984), Article 113 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitution Petition for retrieval of articles, list of documents exhibited without objection, articles Was attached to the plaintiff and was from the very beginning in the notice of the defendant which was not only the basis of the case but was mentioned in the plaintiff and was referred by the Family Court to any of the defendant's objections. The verdict was heard by the Family Court. The plaintiff's verdict and judgment and order were upheld as listed by the appellate court. The defendant's position was that the list of articles had not been proved so the decisions and orders passed by the courts below were bound to be set aside. The list was exhibited without any objection from the defendant and from the very beginning of the proceedings the defendant knew that such a document could not be objected to in the proceedings under Article 199 of the Constitution. Neither exceeded its jurisdiction nor acted in any jurisdiction The Family Court examined / evaluated the evidence and its results are based on evidence which exercises jurisdiction under Article 199. I was a high court. Constitution refuses to interfere with results recorded by Family Court Constitutional petition dismissed
