(Constitution) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional Application Natural Justice, the principle of cancellation of marriage registration registrar's license was granted to the resident applicant to act as a marriage registrar and this license was granted by the authorities. According to the complaint, it was canceled and shifted to his residence. The applicant was not given any opportunity of hearing, which shows that he has not shifted his residence permit where the applicant applied himself. No opportunity was given to dismiss the previous charge, it was condemned - without the petitioner's hearing. The order of termination of the application and the recording of a special finding that it violated any of the terms of the license were an order passed by the authorities without legal authority and without any legal effect, the High Court Rejected the order and restored the license under the circumstances
