CHAIRMAN, STATE LIFE INSURANCE CORPORATION OF PAKISTAN versus ALI MUHAMMAD BANGASH
Service Tribunals Act 1973 Section 2A4 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 212 (3) Termination of Surge Response, Employed as an Area Manager at State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, Due to Unsatisfactory Performance After it was finished, it was restored. Through the agreement, the service, which has given them a move, believes that they will do their best to achieve the business goal, if its old staff has available it for a year after evaluating the defendant's performance. When he arrived, he found it unsatisfactory, so he terminated the service tribunal, accepting defendant's appeal on the basis that according to his assignment, the old staff was not available to him. He was subjected to abuse. He was not paid other entitlements, which allowed him to work with peace of mind. And that according to the applicants, the performance of the Area Area Manager's board had to be decided on the basis of a three year assessment and not a one year performance which was done in the present case. Applicants in the newspapers have widely informed the public that they should not deal with the applicant as an employee, which is the result of rendering them helpless in the pursuit of business until another publication. Has not informed the public that the publication of such notice has been rescheduled. The newspaper had a clear set of conditions for respondents 'rehabilitation; the applicants did not do so, despite the respondents' requests on their behalf, no question of public importance law was included or submitted in this petition.
