IQBAL AHMAD MEMON versus THE STATE

The Companies Ordinance, a 1984 High Court order under which the applicant dismissed the leave request for filing a complaint, reached the deadline, the Labor Court also said in order to entertain the petition. Had no jurisdiction, which is why the Labor Court's inability to decide the same order was dismissed
