The employee but he refused to receive the same. The employer did not place any such order on the record. The employer failed to issue a written order to terminate the job for obvious reasons, terminating the employee. The verbal order was illegal to file a complaint filed by the Labor Court against the termination of the job in an appeal by a designated Labor Appellate Tribunal.
