The employer's appeal was dismissed as compensation while the employer's appeal was dismissed by the Labor Court while the Labor Appellate Tribunal limited the amount of the validity authority to a maximum of ten times the compensation and delayed wages. In this case, the amount is not more than ten rupees. The authority has no option to pay the same amount due to delayed wages and mental agony and due to litigation.
