On the basis that the Mills section in which the employees were working was given by the employer to the contractor and the employees were terminated for all the requirements of Section O-12 of the West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance, 1968. Have made a contract to do this. Legally executed by the employer, termination of employees' services was legal and complaint cannot be challenged
