Section 561A & 145 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CRPC) argues that this case is one of the implementation of an agreement decree before the Revenue Court, which has hearing proceedings under court 145 under the court magistrate. There was no rational basis for termination. The court may, on the contrary, revoke the criminal proceedings if a false complaint has been brought under which it refuses to proceed with the proceedings for justice but the accused may be subjected to unnecessary harassment.
