To interfere, while harmonizing with the tax requirements The court encountered an interference with the constitutional jurisdiction. There would be a reasonable basis for the substitution of such orders by the High Court, which was not enforceable in law, the application for leave of appeal was dismissed in the circumstances and the leave was denied.
