Section 9 Azad Jammu and Kashmir Service Tribunals Act, 1976, Section 4 Azad Jammu and Kashmir Interim Constitution Act (VIII of 1974), Section 47 (3) Rules of Business of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, 1985 Transfer Petitioner who served on Location B Was, was exchanged. The control of the aforementioned Government Place B where the applicant was serving and transferred to M was under the territorial jurisdiction of the Northern Officer and the place was within the jurisdiction of the M South Transfer Order, in the present case. The South Zone official passed by which the respondent was transferred to the area under the jurisdiction of the Northern Zone officer for such an order to be in violation of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Rules of Business, 1985, service. The tribunal had, in fact, resolved the situation by proposing that the involvement of public importance be a special hundred.
