Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Section 22C Complaint Employer (Railway) complained against the President for Employees \ Union that the Union President accused of committing violations or insults approved by the National Industrial Relations Commission Which required the accused to appear in person. Bonds with two surety bonds, guaranteed bonds from the accused to one year to a specific date were required to maintain industrial peace and not to practice unfair labor for a period of one year, but the procession and meeting were charged. Was that they violated or insulted orders. The accused was held about fifteen to fifteen days from the date set forth in the Commission's orders.
