West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance 1968 Section O15 (4) was dismissed, the employee was dismissed from the job, but no inquiry was made after issuing the charge sheet. Responding to the dismissal of the charge sheet, in these circumstances the violation of section O15 of the West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment Ordinance (Orders) was abolished. The source reinstatement order was not open to any exceptions, but was dismissed as a technical termination order. It was set aside and it cannot be said that the employee was completely innocent, benefits could not be given back to him, under the circumstances.
