The jurisdiction of the High Court under section 4444 of the Act 4444 indicates that clause (c) of section 44 (2) of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Interim Constitution Act, 1974 provides that the High Court may have Authorized. Such instructions to the person or authority exercising the power to perform the duties in, or related to, the enforcement of the fundamental rights acquired by the Interim Constitution Act shall also be guaranteed to this court. Provided that the action taken by an individual was, without legal and legal authority, in violation of the provisions of the Interim Constitution or the fundamental rights contained therein.
