GENERAL MANAGER, LAHORE TELECOMMUNICATION REGION, LAHORE versus KHALID RAFIQUE
The Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 section 22D was delayed in filing an appeal against the order of the member of the National Industrial Relations Commission in the appeal limit which was due to time only to obtain the permission of the concerned department to file such appeal. Permission was required because some of the department's money had to be paid. Spend time engaging in advisory counsel and other costs, unless otherwise approved by the Member, which is a question of appeal and invalid, will not be created against those orders which delay the filing of the appeal. Went and the appeal was accepted after explaining its reasons. Acceptance
