The Forest Department filed a judgment against the Forest Department for the compensation of the citrus trees after the trial court recorded the statement and the formation of the case and recording of the evidence. The trial court did not adopt the procedure for prosecuting the government and its officers against the provisions of Sections 79 and O XXVII, R 3, during the trial by someone who violated the CPC. Authorized by the Government may make a statement on his behalf In the present case, no request was made by the E Divisional Forest Officer to make a statement as agent of the official statement of the Divisional Forest Officer, in accordance with the terms of O XXVII R 3. The CPC was unauthorized because it was one of the defendants only and was not authorized to make a statement from the state court. At the first hearing of this trial, each party or his lawyer should ascertain whether he will admit or deny the allegations of fact as laid down in the plaintiff's or written statement that the party I did not explicitly or implicitly deny or deny the prosecution. The court should record such admission and denial. The procedure adopted by the court is exclusive to the parties
