CH. MUHAMMAD YOUNAS ARVI versus MUSHTAQ AHMED

A IX, R 13 and OI, R 10 Former Part Decree, while applying for the non-joiner of the required party, an application was made for separation of the Ex parte Decree which was accepted which validated the evidence. Applicants were not sued on the land but they were not included in the original case as a party and a consent decree was not granted which was not binding on the sale of the execution on the basis of consent. The boundary of the application was bound to be rejected, lack of evidence and the respondents' inappropriate behavior in pursuing matters relating to the applicability of the applicant as a party and the settlement of the Shimlath Desh land by compromise rule. That was a case. Delays neither review nor acceptance of a proper cause were accepted and the order invalid was set aside.
