PESHAWAR FOOD WARE HOUSE AND CARRIER WORKERS\' UNION, PESHAWAR versus REGISTRAR, TRADE UNIONS, LABOUR DIRECTORATE, GOVERNMENT OF N.W.F.P. PESHAWAR
On appeal of the Registrar Trade Union, the court canceled the appeal against the certificate of registration of Articles 9, 10 and 11 of the Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 that the union officials were public servants, and thus from forming trade unions. Was forbidden. Evidence on the record under the Government Servant Conduct Rules, 1987 has fully proved that the members of the trade union were civil servants and as members of the House, neither did they oppose their written statement nor the court of law. I declined in the statement in which the union was a member. Employed, had nothing to do with any business nor was he engaged in any manufacturing process. The court, in the circumstances, rightly canceled the registration certificate.
