FIRDAUS versus PESHAWAR DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance 1968 Section 1 (4) Provincial Government made service rolls with the acknowledgment of the employer authority, its employees could not be bound by the Standing Order Ordinance, 1968. For the sake of redressal of their grievance authority, it is not acknowledged that to make a business for profit, it was not qualified as an industrial or commercial establishment.
