SPINTEX LIMITED versus EMPLOYEES OLD AGE BENEFITS INSTITUTION (E.O.B.I.)
The plaintiff claims that the plaintiffs paid the company money to the Old Age Benefits Institution for retaliation for sections 6 and 2 of the Employees' Old Age Benefits (Extending Functions in Azad Jammu and Kashmir) Act (X of 1980). He had been contributing to the company since September 1990, when the Employees Old Age Benefit Institution Act of 1980 was enacted in Azad Jammu and Kashmir was entitled to be paid from 12 7 1995 so the company was entitled to it.
