More land was acquired from the canal. Housing Scheme The applicant's land was sixteen canals The scheme was for public purposes The housing scheme will also include the provision of flats, shops and plazas etc. Construction of some flats and shops to meet the needs of the residents of the project. Could not be made for commercial purposes. Taking the acquired land out of the realm of public purpose or purpose for which it was acquired, it is possible that some land may be surplus or unnecessary for the real purpose, so that surplus land does not work in despair. Could have considered and had to deal with. In the present case, the authenticity of the acquisition could not have any effect on the fact that the original acquisition was consistent with the behavior in which the waste was disposed of. After completion of the public purpose, there was excess or unnecessary land that could be used for residential use. Was not appropriate for which the Government may exercise in its discretion, and in such a case the original title of the Government or the award for this matter will not be badly affected. The written request was rejected in the circumstances.
