Sections 1 (4) and 1 (S) of the Payment of Salary Act 1936 (XXIII of 1969), Section 25A Complaint Request Jurisdiction Complaint was rejected by the Labor Court in the absence of the applicant. Because the Labor Court has no jurisdiction. It was a matter of withholding the wages for which the applicant should have transferred the authority under the Payment of Pay Act under the Salary Payment Act, and not in the class of entities mentioned in Section 1 (4) of the Respondent Salary Payment Act. There was no evidence to suggest that the government had notified the respondents under the Labor Court Act Opinion 1 (5) that they had no jurisdiction in this matter and only paid. The authority was not granted jurisdiction under the Wages Act, it was not separated from the Labor Court record order and The case was remanded to Labor. Court for new decision
