Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Section 25 An employee in his complaint application claimed that his salary was erroneously set out in Pay Scale No 8 as he was entitled to Basic Scheme No.10 to claim Salary Scale No.10. The person was scaring him to pay less. It was placed in Pay Scale No. 10. There is evidence that the employee was in pay scale 9 and accordingly his salary was fixed and that salary was not in scale number 8 as the applicant / employee could not produce any proof. To show that he is entitled to move to salary number 10. The fact is that the person who receives the minimum salary was in pay scale 10, the employee will not be able to take the salary on a high scale. The employee claims that he should be awarded the salary scale. 10, was rightly dismissed by the court
