Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Section 38 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 In the previous Constitution Petition, the Labor Appellate Tribunal obtained the remand of the case to allow the parties to present additional evidence and thereafter to decide for themselves. Decide the case at the merit tribunal instead. After directing the additional evidence to the parties as directed by the High Court, the matter of seeking remand to the Labor Court with the same instructions, the High Court in the previous constitutional petition issued orders for the Tribunal not to comply with the Tribunal. The court was ordered to pass the remanding case on the one hand and the matter was re-sent to the tribunal to record additional evidence and decide the appeal as per the first order of the High Court itself.
