Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Section 25 An appellant has stated that he was stopped at the gate when he returned after receiving his leave, while the administration has alleged that the appellant resigning management has examined a person. In whose presence the appellant did not sign the resignation, nor did he send the dispute. The other documents that were presented to the Labor Court for comparison with the handwriting expert under the appellant's signature were the only photocopies which the documents presented looked suspicious in writing to the appellant to accept any resignation. The order was not given, nor is there any evidence that the appellant was paid a month's salary in lieu of notice, there was no firm evidence to prove that the appellant had resigned. It was ordered to be reinstated with 50% back benefits
