ABDUL JABBAR versus STAR TEXTILE MILLS LTD

Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Section 25 Termination of Services Mala Friedas Appellant was employed as an employee and its services were terminated on the basis that restructuring and measuring the economy gave the contract to a contractor. The evidence on record shows that they were found. The contract provided some work in the factory, but the system was in force since the appellant requested that he be removed from service because of his trade union activities and that no contractor was hired but due to the facts. The appellant's contention was supported and the circumstantial evidence was not dismissed by the appellant by any credible evidence; the mills' action in terminating the appellant's services was proved. That the closing order could not be retained and that the appellant was honored to continue in service and in full honor. A. Benefits
