Section 15 of the Workers 'Compensation Act (VIII of 1923), the payment of wages for group 3, was given priority before the authority under the wages of payment of group insurance application and not before the Commissioner under the Workers' Compensation Act. Undoubtedly the wage act was also a commissioner under the Workers' Compensation Act under the payment of authority, yet such authority had no jurisdiction in respect of group insurance.
