It has been reported that he remained ill. It cannot be considered an appropriate time to wait for an appeal decision for three years, to show that he was in bed for three years, which led to him being banned at the time of the complaint request / complaint notice. And this delay was not satisfactorily explained. The Labor Court rejected the Appellant's complaint request
