Nevertheless, the employer did not inspect any witnesses who could indicate that the employee had signed the resignation in his presence, nor had he checked the contentious signature by the expert employee in which he also received the letters. It was denied that his resignation was accepted, the employer refused to do so. Notice of Complaint But when the postman was inspected later he acknowledged receipt of the notice was actually received by the copy of the notice by the employer who did not present any image to show that the employee was signed.
