The eviction request was dismissed by the rental controller but the same was accepted by the appellate court. The property tenant purchased some of the landlord's shares in the demolished premises that had been moved in and became the landlord and the tenant was terminated and the tenant's status was exhausted and he could. Unless the constitutional application for the division of the joint property is accepted and the decision passed by the appellate court is set aside and the order of the rent controller is reinstated.
