R7 Sindh Public Procurement Rules, 2010, R17 (1) Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 Constitutional Application of Municipal Corporation to Receive Fees from Cattle Parish in Metropolis by notification of Taxation for the entry of cattle to Cattle Perry in Municipality Contract waiver from the fees received by the Corporation on Toll Plaza, Super Highway, to provide health services to breastfeeding animals to prevent unauthorized animal entry and sale / purchase in both areas of the city. The difference issued by the tax was different. Such taxes, obtained separately for different purposes under the legal authority, cannot be double taxed as the High Court dismissed the constitutional application under the circumstances.
