MUHAMMAD BOOTA versus STATE
Sections 230 ((a) and 7 337 A (i) (ii) / 34 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199) due to some default error in the payment of constitutional petition compensation, completed by the applicant. The appellate court's decision did not mention the amount of compensation, while rectifying the above error, the High Court had directed that in view of the payment of compensation, the applicant was further deprived. Three months will pass through Section II and this amount of compensation will be recovered from the applicant for land revenue arrears.
