MUHAMMAD SALMAN KHURSHID versus DIVISIONAL SUPERINTENDENT, PAKISTAN RAILWAYS, MULTAN
Sections 25A, 36 and 38 (3A) of the Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 were withdrawn with permission to update the application of practice and procedural evidence complaints. The second application was dismissed on the basis that the date for the filing of the notice of complaint was on the date in which Muhammad Salman Khurshid and the divisional superintendent were allowed not to mention Pallia in the appeal that the Labor Court had earlier submitted. The file should have been sought and to find out what the history of the institution and the date on which it was allowed to withdraw was prohibited: (i) to decide the cases on the evidence brought to the court and the parties. It is not their duty to pay part of (ii) since the objection regarding the limitation was raised, it is the duty of the appellant to prove that the complaint Notice and application is available within time, (iii) if any material contained in the previous file may be presented as proof and the Appellant was obliged to obtain a copy and keep it on the present file, And (iv) Labor was justified in saying that no good ground was granted for the condolences and that the ground on which the previous application was allowed to be withdrawn was not shown.
