Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Section 25A & 38 (3A) Payment of Wages Act (Fourth of 1936) Section 15 (2) Applicant's request for payment of wages by the Wage Payment Authority under territorial jurisdiction. The applicant went to the appeal and the appellate court upheld the authority's theory under the Payment of Wages Act, and the petition was returned, directing the applicant to return the petitioner's request for payment under the Wages Act. He was dismissed for absenteeism after his departure. For the same, the applicant claimed wages under section 15 (2) of the Payment Wages Act when the applicant was treated absent, under the Payment Wages Act, the Authority had made it under Section 25A of the Industrial Relations Ordinance. Separately challenged the dismissal order, 1969, which was a cure for that and in the event of its success, the applicant could go to the authority under the payroll Act to claim wages.
