Article 13 All unauthorized tenants may also be expelled from the tenant against whom the eviction order has been approved by the rent controller and is not an essential part of the proceedings, unlawfully on the premises. In order to be a party to the seizure, it is to be constituted by the interlocutor or the plaintiff that his property has a legal right which is enforceable by law, or he cannot claim to be a necessary party in the proceedings.
