In approving the execution of suit of Section 19 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), OI, R 10, O XXI, RR 84, 85 and 86, the interlocutor sought to impose himself as a necessary party. , On the request that he be the bidder for the suit property during the execution of the decree passed by the banking court. The proposed interceptor failed to deposit the 25b bid amount with the relevant banking court and could not accept the auction buyer's position against the proposed interceptor. The defendant was not required to be involved in the case because the writ of attachment in connection with the property was issued by the Banking Court, therefore, the High Court refused to prevent the Banking Court from implementing the decree.
