OI, R 10 There is no right or interest in the ownership of persons claiming the exclusive jurisdiction of a party to this property. Applicants claim that they have legal privileges in the interests of their predecessors. Subject property, therefore, should be enforced as defendant in the case under OI, R10, the CPC's record of accuracy has shown that the appellants have no right or interest in the subject matter property.
