AHMED versus STATE
Section 302 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) petitioner claimed that the alleged incident was non-observable. The petitioner and his accomplices allegedly recorded extra-judicial confession on the basis of guilt. This extra-judicial confession, which was allegedly made in front of a close relative of the deceased, was prevented from wit, and that the victim's body was recovered by the police from a pit in the presence of the residents of the area and the petitioner. No reference was made to the pass. At the time of the recovery of the appeal, the leave was allowed to consider whether the principles of safe administration of justice were followed by passing an unknown decision.
