Abnal Petitioner, who was initially working in Punjab Police, was transferred to the Railway Police on his own request and written consent, confirming that his rights in Pakistan Railway will be terminated before his office. Contacted the department authority, otherwise, more than 10 years after his suspension, a representation against the suspension, no important question about the law of public importance was raised in this petition, he was dismissed.
