Section 5 Negative Remarks Reporting Officer's Failure to Deficit, Inadequacy of any Solid Material to Accept Negative Remarks Appellant acted under neo-reporting officers before approving negative remarks, but never did Did not receive such remarks, which he also acknowledged. The appellant's position was that the authorities held that the negative remarks were passed against the reporting officer by the bar association as a result of the reporting officer's impartiality and abusive allegations. Appellant was not on record to retaliate for his infamy due to bar association members that the appellant was ever summoned or any writings were sent to him for advice, reporting at the time of the negative comment. No material was available to the officer. The same was submitted by the Department under the signatures of the replies filed by the reporting officer, who did not bother to respond to the allegation made by the appellant and his abusive reply was filed. Negative comment was dismissed and appeal was approved accordingly.
