While the Authority was willing to restore the original plot allotted for the applicant, the applicant could not say that he would not accept the request for the offer and directed all the applicants to submit the plot documents. The petitions listed were disposed of, the second scheme was allotted to the applicant's son, the applicant's son will be restored.
