MUHAMMAD ASLAM RAHU versus PROVINCE OF SINDH THROUGH CHIEF SECRETARY
Sections 128, 129, 130, 131, 132 and 133 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional Petition Inquiries against the accuser of corruption were nagging and the provincial government instructed the District Coordination Officer (DCO) to Start an inquiry against them. They were not properly assigned by the District Coordination Officer (DCO) in connection with the allegations of corruption, which had not yet been proved to be the case, can only be decided by the inquiry committee and not the district liaison officer. The applicant rightfully requested that such action be taken against them. Keeping him out of his position and his dependence was based on invalid justification even if there was any substance to the allegations against the applicant, the procedure provided for the purpose under the law should be followed and the matter should be pursued. Relevant circles are sent to conduct inquiries. Authorization was not authorized for the inquiry, with or without legal authority to request legal impact conditions
