Which is followed by the plaintiff running the cafeteria on the club lawn under a contract with the cancellation of the Officers Association. Plaintiff's license by the Officers Association and the claim of demolition of the club and lawn by the board suit against such demolition, and the application for a validity lease, against the club lawn, is not in favor of the Officers Association. Who could not move a title. Apart from the use of the catering plot except for the plaintiff, the license board was not a party to the agreement between the plaintiff and the Officers Association. In this the plaintiff was given a lot to construct the club which, after completion of construction, was given to the Officers Association. It was returned by the Officers' Association giving the plaintiff a license to enter the club lawn for catering purposes, while it was occupied by the Officers Association Board which did not own the suit plot. No lease or license was granted to the plaintiff, who had no title or title more than the suit plot. No one could pass a title better than that which the Board did not assign to the Officers Association in connection with the suit plot officers' association. And the claimant did not pay the price.
