Article 199 National Bank of Pakistan Instruction Circular Nos. 37/99 and 57/99 Constitutional application for leave of unused privilege, payment of applicant complaints (retired officers of National Bank of Pakistan) was that of National Bank of Pakistan Instruction Circular no. 37/99 The leave of privilege on unused money at the time of retirement was frozen for inclusion that at the time of his retirement he was not allowed to confirm the entitlement leave National Bank of Pakistan Instruction Circle No. 57/99 provided that the small balance of unused frozen privileges increases at the time of retirement. The note can be claimed for up to 180 days subject to the availability of the funds. Applicants acknowledged that they were granted privilege leave for 180 days, so there was no more money due to them. Applicants were retired in 2002, 2005, 2006 and 2011, respectively, after receiving all retirement benefits when all liabilities were paid at the time of their retirement at which no claim for any amount was made. Therefore, his claim also suffered bribery as the present constitutional petition was filed in the year 2012. The constitutional petition was dismissed in the circumstances.
