Article 199 Constitution Petition for Civil Service Advertising / Drug Analysts and Drug Inspectors Positions The results for drug analysts and drug inspectors were not announced until the deadline for applicants. The point of view was that there is no legal support in setting the date for submitting applications and that the date of receipt of applications for the said positions should be extended. The advertisement was published on 9th 2014 and the last date for receipt of applications was 7-4 2014 in which application forms were to be submitted by invoice through the bank. Applicants did not submit fees or submit applications to prove their good claim. Applicants did not apply in the extension of the date NG did not use the applicants for the letters mentioned late because they announced their results but the applicants did not qualify before the test / interview. He could later enter but did not apply for the post within the stipulated period. The Department had proposed setting a date for submitting the application form, which was a policy matter supporting the constitutional petition that it was not appropriate to uphold the constitutional petition. Failed to detect violation.
