DISTRICT COLLECTOR/DISTRICT OFFICER REVENUE, FAISALABAD versus HUDAYBAIA TEXTILE MILLS LIMITED
According to the observation of the High Court's observation, the hanging petition filed by 47 was rejected by the court on the ground that it did not have the authority to review its previous order. The petition was filed in accordance with the observation of the High Court; after considering all the objections to the law, the executive court was bound by the same decision, the issue of the matter was not applied by the court which should have been decided earlier. Even on the objection petition, the court did not decide on the objection filed by the disqualified person. Earlier, the objection filed by the unqualified person was dismissed by the execution court and asked whether it was applicable or not and what would be the result of the order passed on the said application? Determining the court's questions and objections raised was a deep definition of D which was to be decided by the Implementing Court for the first time, the impugned order passed by the Implementing Court was determined that the objection petition should be processed. Should be considered pending before the import court, which should be decided after considering the objections to the law, the appeal was accepted in the circumstances.
