MUHAMMAD RAMZAN versus WALAYAT ALI ALIAS WALAYATI

The facts of the motion were denied by the plaintiff, in the view of the appellate court-approved decision-making law that was passed without a fair-minded request and was more jurisdictional. The decision passed by the appellate court was set aside and a trial court order was issued seeking constitutional application under the circumstances.
