MUHAMMAD TAJ versus ADDITIONAL DISTRICT JUDGE, TAXILA

Sections 15 (b) and 24 (4) of the Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 Removal of tenants default in payment of tenants Special Judge instructs the tenant to submit arrears and monthly due to non-compliance of special order. The order to cancel the rent was approved. Judge Effect was obliged to submit tenant arrears and monthly rent, and if the tenant failed to comply with the order of the Special Judge's order passed by the Special Judge, the constitutional application was dismissed.
