MST. NAZIRAN versus MUHAMMAD IQBAL

A. XLI, R 27 Specific Relief Act (I of 1877), Section 42 Sweet Appellate Court shall not be allowed to suffer at any cost and at any stage without the preparation of additional evidence if they are neglected. If so, the appellate court's tendency to create obstacles in the same discretion was in accordance with the provisions of the law which were neither breached nor was it enforceable to retain any arbitrary amendment that was rejected. Due to this the appellate court was directed to decide the appeal after obtaining the relevant record.
