Regularization applicants were of the view that the government had already regularized several other employees on contract / ad hoc basis but they were discriminated against by the provincial government regulating the services of contract employees across the province. Said that some employees were not benefited. From the pretext that they were not appointed in the manner prescribed, applicants / employees who were appointed on the recommendation of the Departmental Selection Committee after the test and interview were eligible for permanent appointment Constitutional application was allowed.
